Executive Radar

What changes, read for your organization.

Monitoring of the regulatory environment and of the requirements that arrive through contracts, courts, lenders and markets, read for your organization. In every edition, leadership knows what changed, whether it affects them, what to decide and by when.

Every edition answers four questions

  1. 01What changed?
  2. 02Does it affect us?
  3. 03What should we decide?
  4. 04By when?
  • 3 minto read the executive dashboard with the cycle’s priorities
  • 1 pagedecision brief for the board
  • < 2 hof reading per cycle for leadership to decide
  • 90 daysof regulatory agenda ahead in every edition

What it is for

Less time reacting, more time deciding

  • Anticipate

Requirements usually arrive before the law does: through a customer questionnaire, a lender’s clause or a court decision. The Radar shows what is coming and when, while there is still time to prepare.

  • Prioritize

Every issue gets a priority score with declared criteria. What does not call for action now is also stated, so teams do not waste effort.

  • Decide on solid ground

Confirmed facts, executive reading and pending data are kept apart, with source and date. Anything that fails the independent check never becomes a recommendation.

What the Radar delivers

  • Better-grounded decisions
  • Earlier decisions
  • Less time to decide
  • Risks avoided
  • Compliance before enforcement
  • Opportunities spotted early

What it is

More than a news digest, and different from a legal opinion: an ongoing reading that anticipates change and organizes the decision.

How it works

From signal to decision, every cycle

Editions every two or three months, depending on the format and the organization, with one-page alerts in between and a half-yearly outlook report.

  1. 1

    Monitoring and screening

Dozens of official sources, chosen from the organization’s profile. Each signal is classified by type, time horizon and legal force. What is not relevant is dropped, with the reason recorded.

  2. 2

    Reading

Relevant issues receive a full analysis: the facts, the executive reading, scenarios, the recommended position and the signals that call for review.

  3. 3

    Independent check

The checker does not see the analysis: they receive only the claim and the source, and return confirmed, refuted or not verifiable.

  4. 4

    Edition, meeting and alerts

The edition arrives with the executive dashboard and action plans. One meeting per cycle turns the reading into decisions, and alerts cover what cannot wait.

Priorities with stated criteria

Every issue receives a priority score (SIC Score), with stated criteria recorded in each edition. A score is never adjusted to reach an outcome.

A sample reading

A European rule that arrives through the contract

The European Union regulation banning products made with forced labor (Regulation (EU) 2024/3015) applies from 14 December 2027 to products made inside or outside Europe. The law does not bind the Brazilian supplier, but it does bind the European customer. That is why the requirement arrives earlier, through questionnaires and contract clauses.

Sample dossier

Regulation (EU) 2024/3015 · SIC 8.2

Confirmed fact
The regulation was published in December 2024 and applies from 14 December 2027 to products placed on the EU market or exported from it, whatever their origin.
Executive inference
Importers are likely to ask suppliers for evidence throughout 2026 and 2027. The real decision date comes before the date the rule takes effect.
Pending data
Each company’s exposure depends on its products, customers and supply chain. That is what calibration maps.

Formats

Three Radar formats

The method is the same. What changes is the scope and how much the reading draws on the organization’s own data.

  • Sector Radar

A reading of an entire sector, without the organization’s internal data. One effort serves several companies in the sector, or an association and its members.

  • Thematic Radar

A cross-cutting issue followed in depth, such as Business and Human Rights, built on a living base of obligations updated every cycle.

  • Calibrated Radar

Crosses the signals with the organization’s own data: sites, contracts, operations or portfolio. It is the most specific reading for decision-making.

What each audience gains

What each audience receives

Open each audience to see what it receives.

Boards and executive teams

A executive dashboard you can read in minutes: the cycle’s priorities, the window for each decision and who needs to act. There is also a one-page version for the board.

Company functions

Legal, compliance, sustainability, HR and procurement receive action plans with the first move, the owner and the deadline, and alerts ready to circulate.

Industries and associations

The Sector Radar brings a 90-day regulatory agenda, precedents and exposure by member profile. One effort that serves many companies.

Law firms and consultancies

A reading of the client portfolio: where each issue touches clients they already serve, with dossiers and alerts written in an informative, sober tone and validated by the firm itself.

Foundations and non-profits

Calls for proposals, funding sources and regulatory obligations, with a 90-day agenda for the executive team and the board. Early compliance becomes a credential with funders.

The method

A method you can verify at every step

Each edition states the sources consulted, goes through independent checking and is read against the reality of your organization.

  • A method built throughout 2026Since early 2026, the Radar has been developed and tested in pilot editions for companies, industry bodies, non-profits and law firms, in health, mining, agribusiness, aviation and services. Every component went through successive versions to reach today’s standard.
  • Memory across cyclesEach edition starts from a base of obligations and signals already verified, not from a blank search. Issues from earlier cycles remain under watch and return with the accumulated context when something new happens.
  • Source hierarchyPrimary official sources prevail over industry studies, which prevail over estimates. When sources diverge, the Radar reports the divergence instead of choosing in silence.
  • Three layers of informationConfirmed facts, executive inference and pending data are kept separate for every issue.
  • Coverage on recordThe Radar states what it consulted, what returned nothing and what was left out. Absence is information too.
  • Independent checkThe checker does not see the analysis. Any mismatch in date, figure or authorship fails the item. A low-confidence source never leads to a recommendation to act: the issue stays under watch.
  • Dated factsAnything that can change (entry into force, suspension, legislative progress, a court vote) carries the date it was verified and is checked again before each use. Every edition states the date it was closed.

How it starts

From a first meeting to a regular cycle

  1. 1Meeting and sample editionA first meeting with the partners to present the method and understand your context. After it, a sample edition for your sector, built on public sources.
  2. 2Calibration cycleThree months of more frequent editions to tune sources, issues and language to the organization and show the value in practice.
  3. 3Regular cycleEditions every two or three months, one-page alerts in between, one executive meeting per cycle and a half-yearly outlook report.

Commitments

What protects your decision

  • The Radar may recommend not actingThe analytical conclusion is kept separate from any commercial proposal. If every alert ended in a sale, the Radar would stop being useful.
  • Confidentiality between clientsOne client’s information never feeds another client’s material. We work with aggregated data, under a confidentiality agreement.
  • No promised outcomesThe Radar does not predict court rulings or regulators’ behavior: it maps exposure and prepares a position before the decision is forced.
  • What the Radar does not doIt does not replace legal opinions, engineering design or operational decisions. It shows what changed, who it may apply to and which expertise to bring in.

Get to know the Radar in a meeting with the partners

In a first meeting, the partners present the method and learn about your organization’s context. After it, we prepare a sample edition for your sector. To follow the issues with no commitment, the Intersections newsletter is free and monthly.
