Requirements from international clients and investors
Preparing Brazilian suppliers for the due diligence requirements of European clients (CSDDD), the OECD guidelines and international investors.
Practice area
We help companies, investors and institutions build due diligence processes, embed human rights in decision-making and develop trust with workers, communities and regulators.
Approach
Human rights are about real people: decent working conditions, communities that are heard, territories that are respected. We combine legal rigor with the experience of professionals who worked on federal human rights policy in Brazil and as international consultants for the OEI and UNDP.
We help boards and committees move from descriptive inventories to a plan of priorities, with contractual clauses, supplier assessment and field verification.
